October

Griffin did referee training for soccer so he could ref the 6 and 8 year old games this season. Cuz he doesn't have enough going on. He loved it and got to ref a bunch of games. He's in the yellow shirt.

Watching emery play volleyball is the best. (She's wearing black). She played so well this season and was a great leader, teacher and example for the incoming new girls.
So much food at the all-day tournaments
Quinn found so many things to do between games. Bleacher running...
 Handrail climbing...
General Conference is always a welcome weekend.
All the stuffies get to come watch also

This is how emery sews stuff. On the floor with the sewing machine. Never seen anything like it. But, since she quickly repaired one of my church dresses this morning I'm not complaining... just observing.
We had a homeschool field trip to the pumpkin patch and had a fun day with friends. Campbell is a great babysitter and, since my friend was due with her 5th kid the next week she REALLY appreciated Campbell's help.

Without fail we end up taking the last tractor back to the farm because we take SO long to find our perfect pumpkins. I got an adorable green pumpkin *heart eyes*

Then we had the annual fall carnival with games and candy and toys and cotton candy.

 and crafts
One last look at our old guest bathroom. Over the last few weeks I had more than 1 guest use the bathroom and come out saying "uhhh... I didn't break that handle off! It was just laying there".
Bye old floor, vanity, counter, faucet and mirror! And old paint and medicine cabinet!
How did they end up dressing the exact same?
Quinn is stuffy-diving at Costco. Hoping to find something besides a zebra and flamingo.
We had a leak in the main water line between the street and our house. I ignored the constant water puddle by the front door for a couple weeks and then decided to do a little hunting to see why this particular puddle wasn't going away. Sigh... definitely a leak. It took 3 days to fix between ripping the bushes out, going to soccer games, digging a hole, more soccer games, buying parts, Halloween party, gluing pipe, church, starting over again...
So, long story short, we had the water turned off for 3 days but now it's fixed!

Then, dad started on the downstairs bathroom remodel! It took most of the first day to get the linoleum chiseled millimeter by painful millimeter off the slab.
Decorating a haunted house
Campbell's pumpkin this year. Wow.
We got to go trick-or-treating with Katie's family this year which was super fun. I learned Katie is a hard-core trick ot treater and we went to about 5 times as many houses as we normally go to. Everyone had a great time and got enough candy I think.

looooooove it!!!! New vanity/sink/faucet, paint, tile floor, baseboard and the new mirror is currently sitting in the shower. Dad also built me a new medicine cabinet to match the vanity. Thanks a million Dad!!!
