emery's workout

emery's been running with me on the trail in the morning. She watches other joggers and copies them--- she's got pretty good form now.

Most of you have heard me talk about the trail I'm obsessed with, so here's a pic of it so you can see what I'm up to.

This section just got re-paved so it's really new. It has mile markers every half mile so I just keep going and going trying to rack up the miles. We have a new jogging stroller now so be prepared to see lots of pictures of my new toy!!
