March 12th life updated

Campbell got one of the main parts in the school play "The Tortoise and the Hare". Then, after being SO excited for landing the leading role as the Hare's mom, she decided she did NOT want that role because there weren't enough lines and she didn't like the lines she did have. Uh huh.
So, I let her vent and cry all evening about this tragedy while I was worried inside about what kind of example she would be setting as the school president if she quit and how this was a life lesson about fulfilling your obligations blah blah blah...
Well, in the morning, all her despair was forgotten and she was back to being a happy bunny.
She was so good! Super enthusiastic and funny. Every time she hopped onstage she had about 15 little bunnies hopping behind her. I'm proud of her and she's a natural on that stage.
The laurels "heart attacked" my house while I was at mutual with my group of young women. It was pretty rad and the treats they left behind were so good.
emery was put to work sewing patches on Griffin's cub scout shirt. Love her.
Fancy Squirrel is back in action. He eats all our neighbor's camellias and only eats fancy foods like roasted nuts that we throw outside.
Campbell got to run one of the assemblys with her presidency
This is campbell back when she got the Mother Bunny role--- when she was happy about it.
Griffin and his Star Wars LEGO birthday haul.
For his birthday he wanted his baptism to be the party so we had a few family outings and celebrated with cupcakes at home. Oreo cupcakes- an oreo is in the bottom of the cupcake and the frosting has crushed oreo.
I was spying on quinny again.

FHE at the temple. We went to see the Christmas lights but they weren't turned on. They were still up... just not plugged in. So we walked around and visited the new visitor's center which is SO COOL.
Beautiful hikes

Going broke at Benihana for my birthday meal. The kids love it but they ate so much food- and we'd already stuffed a bowl of fried rice in each of them.
Quinn came along while I helped with Campbell's class party. They invited her to play the White Elephant gift exchange with them because they all think she's "so cute!" "Look at the little baby!" "Say "hi" baby!" It turns quinn into a little 5 year old baby monster. She tries to toddle around like a baby and won't use words.
Coach Spencer finishing up the soccer season. Ahem... finishing up the undefeated soccer season.

Our house is no longer green and yellow!
Crazy hair day. Griffin's mohawk wasn't totally straight so he wore his hood until he got in the classroom.
Quinn and the classroom mascot Chester all ready for the Thanksgiving feast

This "queen quinny" thing is getting out of hand
Griffin and Ry-guy are the Magnatile champions
Great season Blue Bullets
