Monterey Bay Aquarium

The kids get to do some pretty cool stuff because of being homeschooled- they paid for us to go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium a few weeks ago. We stayed til the very last second and could have stayed a couple more hours. Quinn was pretty young the last time we went to the aquarium.
This time she was the one diving in the pool to pet a bat ray. She was possessed and wanted to visit the rays over and over through our visit.
Then she wanted to test the limits of the current-making machine. The poor sea anemones didn't know what hit.

 We love the beach!!!

Seal and otter watching. There is a large kelp forest outside the aquarium that attracts otter.

Sitting for a while watching a starfish climb up the glass.
