My dad and mom planned a big trip to Disney World with the girls. Here are a few pictures of when my dad told them about the surprise over the phone. emery's got my cell phone on speaker and they're listening to the big news.
I gave them a few maps that had arrived in the mail and they got to work circling the things they wanted to do.
They made a countdown chain with 30 links that we ended up hanging from the curtain rod because it was so long.
They were so anxious to see grandma and grandpa and then take off to Florida. My mom and dad flew out here first and stayed a few days. Then then flew the girls down to Orlando for their trip.
They were ready so so so early on the day of their flight.
My mom and dad's blog has pictures of their trip and I'll try to post some of my favorites. Thanks mom and dad for this fun experience. The girls are still chattering away about all they saw and did.

What an awesome surprise! I wish they were my grandparents. ;)
So fun!! What great grandparents! Both times we have gone to Disneyland we surprised the kids... it never gets old. We've got some classic responses/facial expressions (kind of like Emery's!)
We're planning a trip for November, though, and actually told them this time. I wish we didn't. What they don't know, though, is that grandma's coming with us!
