The ward Christmas party was "Polar Express" theme. Everyone wore jammies and ate breakfast foods. It was really fun.
emery wanted an American Girl doll, Merida from the movie Brave, and barbie clothes. She got two of the three. You guess.
campbell wanted a squishy doll she could sleep with, slippers and no school books.
griffin wanted a car.
quinny just wanted the candy cane Santa was handing out. She watched all the other kids climb on his lap and decided that was her best shot. So, she sat on his lap and then he set her back on the ground without a candy cane.
She stood at the door with a puzzled expression as she watched the rest of the kids sit on his lap and get their candy canes. Finally I took pity on her, walked her back to Santa and asked for a candy cane.
