Spencer and I were on our anniversary trip during quinn's birthday (whoops) so we celebrated the day after we came home and had a bday party for her a few days later. Lucky for her, Grandma Judy made her actual birthday-day super special and she even got to go to the beach!
On Sunday she was tightrope walking along the outside planter walls at church (again) and fell onto her nose. Nothing else was injured but she was beside herself over her nose injury. It didn't go back to normal for weeks.
After her church injury we drove home and had a little family birthday party with her presents.
She got a LEGO set, a stuffed animal from Moana, a bunch of Hatchimals, Beanie Boos, a book and Squinkies.
She loved all of it
Her 6th birthday party was Moana themed. The kids decorated goody bags, made "hearts of Te fiti" out of rocks, made oceans in a bottle, danced to Moana music...
...did bowling with a painted coconut, put on Maui tattoos, ate food, opened presents, played Moana Bingo and did a scavenger hunt to find the Heart of Te fiti.
emery was on my party planning committee cuz she definitely pulls her weight. She painted this cute coconut kakamora- it looked just like the movie!! She also did most of the decorating and helped a lot with the food.
