Griffin started physical therapy on his thumb and had a splint made to keep it immobile for the majority of the day.

Happy 13th birthday to Griffin! The thing he was most excited about is seeing all the PG-13 movies he hadn't been old enough for- mostly Star Wars, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. He makes sure our whole to-do list is done each day so he can get an hour or so of movie time in.
He always likes money and candy for his birthdays.
His yearly request is Oreo cupcakes.
I got this little edible confetti cannon from WalMart and it was a little underwhelming. Luckily it came with 2 containers of glitter so we could try it a second time since we blinked and missed the first explosion.
Grandpa took Griffin and Quinn with him to help with the a refugee service project.
