Fireflies are one of the things I'm going to miss from out here. They're so cool. Everyone loves fireflies. emery is really good at catching them so here you go- a captured firefly to check out. They keep blinking even in your hand.
You have to wait for one to blink and then run around trying to follow it in the dark. By the end of this firefly hunt even griffin had tracked one down and caught it. I'm not totally sure it survived the ordeal. He was a little excited.

I loved Em's letter. "Mom said I can't send you fireflies. They will die." So funny! I'm holding out for a Campbell's festivus post. Love you guys!
