We had a very very ambitious Stake Primary President who decided to take on doing a cub scout camp for the whole stake. Usually the boys joined whatever camp was being run in the area but it wasn't meeting our needs and she wanted the boys to earn more stuff and have more fun. OK! So it was a whole family event. I helped with the Bear Den, Griffin was a cub scouter, Quinn got to join the sibling group that did all the same stuff as the other scouters, and emery and campbell volunteered to help with the nursery class or running errands for the leaders.
It was every day for a week and we had a great time!
Terrifying
Quinn had good enough aim or got lucky enough to hit the metal washer target so she got to keep the washer.
We had a 30 minute safety lecture before using the BB guns and it was about 4 hours too short.
All the scouters at the beginning of our hike.
Griffin and his friend were part of a comedy skit.

Griffin has really enjoyed being a cub scout and I'm glad he has enthusiastic leaders who create these great experiences for him (and our whole family).
